30 Day Challenge!!

IT’S OFFICIAL……these 2 Sweat Bees are now 30 years old!!!!

So, we would like you to help us celebrate this new milestone in our lives with a 30 day challenge!! We know everyone has their own level of fitness so we have designed this one with something for everyone. There are 5 different challenges, pick one (or if you really want to challenge yourself more than one) and write in to let us know which one you have chosen and get started!! We will also do this challenge with you and write in. We will honor our 30 years with 30 days of targeted fitness. Please see below for challenge details and remember to select the one that you feel is right for you and consult your doctor if needed before attempting. The challenge options are: lunges, push ups, sit ups, walking, or water intake. see…..something for everyone.
